My name is Anna Finger and I am a dietician. I believe that health is one of the most important things that we should take into consideration when we think about the overall well being of any individual. Right from my early ages, I have been quite health conscious and my mom keeps telling me of stories when I rejected a piece of cake saying that there is too much cream in it which would make me fat! Eating the healthy foods and doing the proper routines for weight loss have been my main focus and the reason why I started this blog.
However, I want to healthy living to be my main focus instead of weight loss. I want to start eating healthier to prevent illnesses next time and have a strong immune system. I want my purpose to deviate away from weight loss and more towards living a healthier lifestyle.
